ISO 9001:2015 – is a compilation of rules, guidelines and requirements approved by a recognized standards body to help organize and optimize a given working environment.

ISO is an English abbreviation for International Organization for Standardization. A holder of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate ensures that the quality system of their business has been verified by an independent, external organization (certification body) and deemed to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Why we have decided to become ISO 9001:2015 certified?

As our customers’ expectations continue to grow it was necessary to demonstrate our ability to function as a certified firm and at the same time convince management to meet the growing needs and expectations of our customers and other institutions needs for whom PROFIL is a regular service provider, those are only a few reasons why we have decided to become certified. The ability to improve our company’s image and to organize and improve our management system are additional reasons why we have decided to become ISO 9001:2015 compliant. Becoming certified has had a significant influence on increasing our customers trust in our firm while at the same time allowing us to become a member of a group of companies who uphold the ISO 9001:2015 standard which is accepted and recognized worldwide.
